Director Meteorological Department Kashmir, Sonam Lotus told Rising Kashmir that higher reaches of north Kashmir received fresh snowfall on Friday, while light rain lashed plains in Valley.
“We are expecting that prevailing weather conditions to improve from Saturday onward and weather will largely remain dry and clear till November 16th,” he said.
