No large change for weather for next 12 hours in Kashmir: MeT
Improvement in weather from tonight: Lotus
As higher reaches received fresh snowfall and rains lashes plains on Sunday, the Meteorological Department has predicted that there will be no major weather change in next 12 hours in Kashmir and expected improvement in prevailing condition from tonight.
In his latest update, Dir MeT Sonam Lotus told Rising Kashmir that as predicted rains lash plains and higher reaches received fresh spell of Snowfall on Sunday.
"Widespread light rain in plains of Srinagar, snowfall over hilly area so and light rain with thunder at scattered places of Jammu region. No large change for next 12 hrs.Expect improvement from later tonight," he said.
